I think my brain must have finally given up the ghost because for the life of me i cant figure this new chart out. I had no problem with the old one. In fact before i knew it was on the right hand side i had made up a chart of my own on paper and used that.
When i get a report of a contact bearing say at 90 degrees from me is it the yellow chart i look at to turn in his direction and if so why is it not marked in degrees instead of being numbered 0 to 10. I feel such a fool asking this because i know its going to be something very simple.

Just read your question. The yellow inner ring is numbered 1 to 10 and each of these numbers has 10 hash marks make a total of 100. So each hash mark equals exactly 3.6 degrees. 25 hash marks then equal 90 degrees. Or 2.5 using the large numbers. Takes some getting used to.
