Yes if you have auto-rollback enabled. After I installed GWX 3.0 I reinstalled SH3 commander and forgot I had autorollback enabled. I was starting my game via the GWX 3.0 icon and was wondering why my SH3 commander settings kept getting lost ....duhhh...
