I do agree with Arclight though, PDF would be great. Here is a link for a FREE download for a utility that will convert anything "printable" into a PDF file. http://www.cutepdf.com/ It works great, I use it often. Once installed, open the document (you have already created) and go to print. You will now see the "Cute PDF Writer" in your list of printers. Select it and print, save anywhere you want, name it whatever you want, your done!
