137mph, what´s the big deal?

Those VTEC Hondas from the early 90´s where tiny little beasts and fast like hell, as long you kept them revving more than 5500 rpm. In Europe an 1991 CRX (EE8) was specified with 222 kph and the 1992 Civic VTEC (EG6) still maxed and 215 kph, so I think this car was not modified at the engine at all.
