This was the problem. I got it it fixed now ... however, I am having another issue for the Narwhal / Nautilus submarine.
When I start a campaign on Dec. 6, 1941 at Pearl Harbor, when I go to mission, I get a message from my crew that says, "Cannot Comply!"
I assign a speed or a heading and the crew says, "Cannot Comply." It is like I don't have enough men in the engine room, but I do. |
I've recreated your problem, recommended you use a different class of sub |
