Vigilance is needed the next four years. The Obama administration has approved aviation systems for Syria. This is an unneeded transfer. Well, I can't get very worked up by them exporting components for TWO ageing civilian aircraft. I never really bought into that whole "dual-use" argument. Almost ANYTHING can be used militarily. Including food and medicine.
