If you've already got a girl, it's a sure-fire thing. If you're trying to pick one up, not so sure.
Way back a long time ago (before you were born probably) I always went to the local hobby shop to play games on Tuesday nights. On Valentine's Day I went down there to pick up something I needed, and to tell them I wouldn't be gaming that night. When I got back home my mother-in-law was there. My wife asked me "What are you doing home?"
I answered "You didn't really think I'd go gaming on Valentine's Day, did you?"
As she stared at me, her mother said "Do you want me to take the kids?"
Without taking her eyes off me, my wife replied "Yes please!"
I love Valentine's Day.
