Is that to suggest SH 'rewards' the release of experienced officers with other - (not necessarily EQUALLY) - experienced officers?
I've seen this, but never let a top dog officer leave. If I did, do I get nothing but green officers in exchange, or what? I'd like to see a like-for-like swap..
