The defibrillator-scene is just...bizarre.
Good horror movie? Hmm, personally I'm most frightened when I watch a thriller that is realistic, or a documentary because I know it's about a real thing. But for fantasy, I like the atmosphere in the film Alien. The sequels are not bad either.
