Hi there Siara
Sorry , but I'm not agree with you in the point there you said there is a huge different regarding Revell . I think Revell is good plastic kits . The sub I have (U-99 ) is from 1976 . Ok there is a little fitting problems here and there but that's charming . You see where I am coming from NORWAY

there is the kits very very expensive , so it seems that the dealers are very exact what they buying . If you talking about bad kits , then " Airfix is terrible , such their 1/24 scale aircrafts

I love them 1/24 scales , Trumpeter also is terrible kits , huge fitting problems

But when it comes to Hasegawa , Tamiya , Dragon , Fujimi , Eduard etc then we talking . That's extremely good kits

In subs I'm not such a high detailing person , there I spend many years building one kit , that is not me . I love to build almost "straight out of the box" , so if you manage to get your kit looking very good , then you have did your job properly

In Norway we have limited access to all of those photoetching parts , and remember not all have creditscard to order all around the world

When it comes to modelling kits , accesories , it is stoneage look like .
+ The kits and assesories are very expensive
