Dead-on there mate - down here they just don't know how to cope. In Scotland there's a chance of snow or freezing temps and they send out the gritters. Down here it has to be snowing heavily before these gits will send out a gritter - by then people are already sliding their cars into each other or phoning into work saying they can't get in.
I was one of the first out of our village this morning, with 4 or 5 inches of snow on the roads - people looked at me in amazement because I was even thinking of driving  |
