I couldn't seem to find this particular problem in thread search.

What happens is that I start a career and I go on to save a number of games. But after a few quits and restarts, at one point, when I load up the game again, I find that all my saved career games have disappeared. (IOW deleted)

At first I thought it might be a one-time fluke, but it has happened three times in a row now and so I have to ask is this a known bug?

BTW, I have the download version with patch 1.4.0.1

Any thoughts?
