Button commands are found in "\Data\Menu\cfg\OrdersBar.cfg" of your game folder. The conning tower is station three. You can add or delete buttons as desired, just make sure they are numbered sequentially. Use the current setup as a guideline ... and always make a backup copy of the file before you start modding it.
