One thing I should have mentioned as well. If you are using Vista, you may need to run JSGME as administrator. Right click the exe. (icon) and select "Run as Administrator" Depending on how Vista is configured, JSGME may
appear to be installing the mods, but will not actually copy and overwrite the files into the folders. Running it as Administrator will remedy this. It's a protection thing.
Also...
Make sure you have unzipped (extracted/decompressed) the files into the mod folder! Let me know if you have any problems, I'll do what I can. You will love the changes. Good luck!
