I don't know how things are were you live, but you DO NOT want to go in the national park were I live, at night time, especially off of a major trail, or in even during day time, way off of a trail. Not because of escaped convicts so much, but criminals around here use the more remote parts of the park in the mountains over here, to produce marijuana, and meth.
