I can demonstrate that two clicks are necessary but don't know why. Check out any of my tutorial videos. I believe I was the one who discovered the situation. I am still not sure whether the problem is only one of display or if the targeting is actually wrong.
It's sort of like when your computer hangs and you reboot. You might spend hours and hours analyzing the problem or just hit reset and fix it. What was wrong? Who cares? It's fixed.
