As stated in their readmes and threads RSRDC and OM work with both supermods. Just pick to correct version for the one you're using.
In general RFB strives for realism, while TMO tries to balance between realism and gameplay. At least that's the conservative view. I used TMO up to version 1.5 and then switched to RFB, and I'd say neither is a bad choice. Read on their features, even try both, and decide. Or use two installations and both of them at the same time.
