Would anybody happen to know where to get a mod for Silent Hunter 3 that makes the night sky brighter?

I have gone trough the mod list on the stickied post and tried my best to search the forums but can't find one anywhere.

I don't want to change gamma/brightness on my old CRT monitor because I have a feeling it will stress it quite a bit.
