I have a few German 2nd generation immigrant friends, and even they will tell you that German is needlessly complicated at times. Most of the world's longest words are in German, and compound words can often have like, 20 letters.

But English isn't the best language, no sir.

And finally, some cool names:

All the Tribal Classes
HMS Exeter (Super Star Destroyer FTW!)
HMS GLORIOUS (My favourite word)
Any Russian ship (Russian is another good naming language)
USS Oriskany (Sounds Russian)
