No, it's the juries
It's always funny to see how people who rant about decissions from proffesional Judges start themselves making polemic decissions if they are designed as part of a jury. Here in Spain the jury was again reintroduced some years ago, and it's been real fun to see them some decissions that have been a true scandal for the "rest of the citizens". As proffesional of laws, I laughed a lot when that started to happen, looks like things are not as easy as they seem when you are simply ranting during the morning coffe with some friends....taste your own medicine you morons!
