Coming from Scotland i can safely say thats what the weather is like most of the Time (Yes even in the Summer!) especially as far north as Scapa!

I currently live in England, and the amount of people i meet that say "Yes i went to Scotland BUT IT WAS RAINING!"

is phenominal. My Reply every time is "OF COURSE IT WAS! IT'S SCOTLAND!! What did you expect the Bahamas!".
