Just tried it and it worked, just click on that above link and if it takes you to another again click the thing and you should be good to go.
Sometimes as well, it just takes the file a few seconds to appear as a download, but if you wait a few moments, the option to d\l it usually appears. Yeah it's strange, but a mod like this one is worth the hassle
