I notice when you double click on the FileFront "Download" icon it
sometimes takes you to a blue screen, with (I believe) the text "To continue on to FileFront" or something like that. Double click the text and the next screen should give you a "Thank You....... with the Lock Fix 111608". If you have vista you'll see a yellow pop up bar appear towards the top of the screen, asking you if you want to allow the pop up. Click the yellow bar and answer yes, the download will then start.
