Does bestowing awards and medals on the crew result in increased performance? Also, on my last patrol, I returned to port and in the process of handing out medals I found 2 purple hearts available. How do you tell who was injured? I didn't go thru each of the crews charts but there was no visible indication from looking at their pics.
