It can handle Blu-Ray decoding as well. Not sure I feel like dumping $2200 to upgrade mine at the moment since mine is identical minus Blu-Ray support. The front you couldn't tell the difference, though the rear is a bit different - I seem to have more inputs for everything but HDMI. Still feel like waiting to see where the Blu-Ray market goes. It's not taking off like I originally thought.

This way I could probably buy the cheapest Blu-Ray player there is and just transfer everything to the Proc to be decoded. Still looking....
