Look at your sources. A computer mag is not a good source for audio/video.

Obviously we live in two different worlds. No offense, but your idea of a good DVD player probably costs a $100. My idea is about $1000. And mine does.

I should point out, that as a basic low quality player, the PS/3 is not bad, but that fan nor its quality will ever find its way into my stereo cabinet. I can't stand the noise from its decoder, nor its actual audible fan.
