I suppose there could be a way to create a new flotilla whose career starts in 1937 and is based in Cadiz to have a campaign against the republican forces? :hmm: Adding some old soviet submarines and ships it could be very interesting. Many WW2 air combat simulators have patches and mods for the spanish civil war, we should have it also
the sense of covert operation and having to be extremely careful when identifying ships (Unlike after the outbreak of WW2, most of what you would see would be neutrals!) would make a for a very interesting gameplay in itself
