Well, the water should be somewhat transparent. After living on the Pacific Coast my entire life, the water is one of the things I like about being out here. 
I have some pics around here of nuclear subs in the Pacific from above that show how clear the water is. It looks awesome. I will try and find them so I can post them.
On a related subject, is there a replacement water I can use with RFB? The water in the mod seems way too blue. Is there a more subdued version out there somewhere (I should probably ask in the RFB thread)?

The water included in RFB is from PE4 due to the unique changes in some files that are shared it was integrated into RFB 1.52. Enabling another environmental mod over RFB may "break" parts of RFB. You could enable a enviromental mod first to ensure that all of RFB was there but I have a feeling, it would change the water color back....
