I firmly believe anyone can create a sub skin, or a mod for that matter, regardless of concentration or knowledge, that's why I'm making these tutorials. Everyone here has the ability and imagination to create something, for the people who don't know where to start I'm just helping them find a foundation to build on.
If you'd like to do it let me know, I'm always willing to lend a hand
