If I remember correctly, if you will click on the little blue co2 icon that appears in the corner, it will vent.
The bigger question is why can't you load saved games? |
In a perfect world yes. But it's a bug. I am surfaced, I click on the CO2 button in the upper right corner..... no go. I die anyway because it will not vent and give me fresh air.
To read about the saved games problem there are many threads on the issue. It's a well known issue with SH4 since it's release and has never been fixed. |
I know about the CO2 bug but several here click the icon to surface instead of just surfacing with the S key.
As far as saved games, I've played SH4 since it came out and have only had one corrupt save. As a matter of fact, I don't know of anyone who cant save at all. You should be able to save whenever you want. Most say not to save submerged or near action or near land. I save in whatever condition and never have any problems at all.
If you can never save a game except autosave, then something is wrong.
