How about people who aren't even handicapped parking in the spaces
and taking up half the sidewalk?
My grandmother needs a wheelchair due to car accident, and driving her around is somewhat depressing, not because of her, she's the funniest person in my family. Its because the handicapped parking spots nearest to the Community Center are filled up with idiot soccer moms who don't seem to understand that they are doing something wrong.
