I think it's got something to do with the destruction of those buildings after the photo recon. If you'll notice you get a message saying the mission cannot be completed when you hit the two furthest from the helipad. If you hit the other two, the spec ops team will be captured upon landing. At one point after I hit one of those buildings I got a timestamp in the message window but no message. Anybody out there that knows which of those four buildings are the real targets? I'm assuming I shouldn't go for the two that are in close proximity to the helipad.
