yeah, but don't get me wrong-I know people who were NOT pro-drivers, they did NOT pay but they PASSED. It is all about luck and the guy who examines you. And a few per cent of your "skills". I managed to pass after 2nd time(4 yrs ago)but I doubt I would pass today. When they introduced cameras inside cars and whole your exam is recorded with audio/video I guess it's a bit harder to give that bribe but if you have "contact" with a particular examinator etc it may be easier to get the license.
