, it should be pointed out that most mods listed have a corresponding thread that explains what the mod does\compatibility, etc. Also, in the third post in that thread there are some excellent
Member Sites that also contain some great info\mods, be sure to check them out.
If you don't have
JSGME ( Mod Enabler ) be sure to get it, it makes installing\uninstalling mods much easier. It is located in the first post in the mentioned thread. Not sure how to use it, check out the Illustrated Guide in the link located in my sig.
