The Sen Toku was never put in the game. I don't know if the devs put it there just to put it at a dock for looks or if they didn't get time to finish it.
So Miner1436 made it so it would move and you could shoot it. It can be used in Single Missions or you could add it to a Campaign. But right now it is another ship that can be used, but the mod does not add it to the game. It just makes it work so you can add it. The way it was it didn't move or sink, now it does.
