It's May 9 1945 for U-1149. What should happen at the end of the war? Britain is still red and still the enemy.

Personally if no messages come in a few days then I'd go on a kamakasi run on a naval base.:lol:

If I had fuel, I'd go away and set sail for America, Brazil! There I'd sell my ship and buy some land for my men and I. I'd then live my life in peace, never to be found by the Allies :)

BTW, when you reach Brazil, end the game and imagine you got away from it all and that you were drinking nice coctailes with your men singing "It's a long way to Tiparrery" and laughing your faces off!

I went straight into Scapa instead. After 74 days at sea, fuel became an issue and so I was forced to go to Scapa instead. Of course, if fuel were not a constraint I would return to the Americas, but nooo...:x

Go to Cuba and enjoy the rum and cigars :D

Not correct for more reasons than one; Castro won't take power for another 16 years. Still, in 1945 there were a lot of rich gamblers and drug lords hiding out in Cuba. I'm sure one of them would be willing to pay.

i probably will ask to the crew what they want to do , probably return to germany and scuttle the boat in the coast , but in the allied sector ...fall in the british and americans hands is not too bad compared with the soviet gulag. :yep:

the other option is sail to south america and return to germany later, but it depends of the boat and fuel available.

If you're running GW, Argentina changes sides to the Axis on May 12. Set a course for Buenos Aires! :arrgh!:
