Problem: 'Cannot comply!' (GW)
Hi all,
Just installed Grey Wolves 1.1 and first mission is from Brest. However, when in the sub-pen and giving the order 'Full ahead' to sail out of sub-pen, I get "Cannot comply!" Checked crew - diesel engines compartment is completely full of crew. No damage, nothing (it's start of new mission). Tried everything - plotting a course, setting speed manually... Nothing works. The telegraph switches to 'Ahead flank' but I immediately get "Cannot comply!" :o:o:o:cry: Anybody know what's going on? |
This is a stock SH3 bug. It's a programming bug and probably cannot be fixed.

Are you running SH3 commander? Might be a failure. Did you try ahead slow? Of back slow then ahead full. Put them to rest and bring them back maybe? Strange one, only heard of this in XXI with TGW. In the first post there is a fix to download something that corrects some bug like that, might try it. |
Mm, yes it could be a result of sabotage instead. I did notice a similar bug in my VIIC/42 so I think it's not just a XXI bug.
Edit: Captain Sobel? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: |

Try the 24hr fatigue fix on the first page of the GW sticky thread in the mods section
That should get it going |
Applied the 'basic.cfg'-trick and it worked. Thnx

I think that is a telegraph failure.
the devices has a little problem and fail, try switch full reverse and flank three o four times, it could works :yep: list of things needed for the next patrol.... lubricant oil and grease for instruments. |
