How can I Change parameters into NYGM TW 2.2?

Hi!

My question is the following one.

Is it possible to modify in this mod some parameter, in order that only it shows the U-boot when it's is available and not before?

The available dates and flotillas should be pretty accurate, but you can use SH3 Commander to force historical availablity dates as well.
