Im new here at the forums, and im just getting the taste of mods to SH3. And i wonder.

What MODS do you recomend to me.
And what/where is JGSME Mod Enabler, cant seem to find it, so i have instaled "old fashion" way, straight copy inn to sh3 sub dir.
