Help Please (newbie)

Just purchased DW from a seller on ebay.
Can't wait to get playing DW.
But having problems.
I have two original disc's in the box.
1- OPERATION LAST RESORT & 2- TO CATCH A SHADOW.
In the install instructions it reads " insert scs.- Dangerous waters cd disk # 1"
follow install wizard etc etc.
Problem being which is disc 1 ? dosen't say.
Also when i install operation last resort & try to unzip files it displays a new message box " unable to create folder "lastresort" access denied"
Can anyone help ?
Am i missing a disk ?
Or am I just plain stupid & computer illiterate ?:damn:
thanks
Craig,

The smart money says you just got ripped off on eBay. Those discs don't sound anything lke the two DW discs I had in my box (bought at Best Buy).

For the Battlefront version, it's a pair of black discs with the SCS logo and "Dangerous Waters" on the top third. Beneath that is a line on which the disk number is printed, and below that is a graphic on one side and copyright information on the other. The retail release is probably similar, but someone else will have to speak for that.

In the Black Bean European retail version of DW there is a bonus disk "To Catch a Shadow" with additional missions and video clips, but there should be a game disk with a picture of the Seawolf on it and labeled "Dangerous Waters" (as should be the "To Catch a Shadow"-disk) and loads of copyrights stuff on the bottom. Since I only got the German version, there might be a difference to other language versions, but the design should be somewhat similar, I guess.

I have a disc with the seawolf on over a map of Iran with a radiation sign .
The disc is labelled dangerous waters operation last resort.
When i load this disc the first words on the initial pre- install page are, Welcome in the "Operation: LAST RESORT" Extra CD
Does this sound correct?

Not really, I'm afraid. The autorun should be a simple window with the DW logo, showing options like Install, play, readme, manual, etc.

A quick check on the net revealed that "Operation Last Resort" seems to be an exclusive bonus when preordering the EU version of the game. See here:

You seem to be missing the actual game CD which should look exactly like the cover of the box here:

http://www.earthgames.info/games/dangerous_waters/

I fear, you only got sold the 'extras' and not the game itself.
