The port of Danzig is now availabe
When I recieved this radio message, I knew it was the ivasion of Poland, but I wanted to do my own research to find out what exactky was going on, and I found this website:
Not sure what to think of it. At first I though it was a documantary on WW II, But whoever made the site seems to be a Nazi Sympathizer (sp?) I like the slideshow presentation, But some of the tings mentioned in there is definately different from what I was tough in high school and college. |
I really need to start using spell check. correction:
I like the slideshow presentation, But some of the things mentioned in there is definately different from what I was tought in high school and college. there |
As interesting as it might be to read *ahem* Alternative Viewpoints, allow me to also introduce you to the Flat Earth Society:
http://www.alaska.net/~clund/e_djubl...rthsociety.htm *** Let's not take outdated Nazi propaganda too seriously, shall we? There's still a number of scary people on earth who are keen on this, unfortunately... |
Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO) must be stopped!
Dihydrogen Monoxide: The dangers, uses and potential threats posed by this chemical, Dihydrogen Monoxide, are widespread, and some feel, terrifying. Here is just a small taste of what Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO) is:

Got to love people who have their heads buried so far up their butts and still post garbage like that stuff up on the web. The stupidity of some people never fails to amaze me.

This is like Mel Gibson holocaust denier type stuff. I know of one serious historian who actually believes this stuff... and he's in jail or something, at least ostracised from the historical community. |

Reading on, and seeing some of the other parts of the site, it seems way too extreme. I think it's a satire that makes fun of holocaust deniers... some of the stuff is just too ridiculous.
|
Oh, wow. I was almost immediately able to find some factual errors, as well as some other items that would certainly be questionable.
The Versailles Treaty was in 1918, but 1919. 80% of the attendees of the Versailles conference Jewish???? POLAND threatened war!!?!?!?!? Well, I keep reading it, but there's just too much wrong w/it for me to list. |
On another page on the site it shows the ovens at Ausschwitz and calls it the Camp kitchen -one of the largest service buildings in Auschwitz, with state-of-the-art cooking facilities.
It's got to be a joke. |
I don't know if it's joke (if yes I don't like this kind of humour), but I know that is like the worst Nazi pre-war propaganda. Only completely idiot could say, that Poland wanted to start war with Germany at 1939 and Germans had to defend themselves. During September Campaign at 1939 Wehrmacht, SS, Gestapo and Sonderkommandos forces killed many Polish civilians, soldiers and Polish Jews by a mass executions. Unfortunately, there are many stupid sites like this :damn:
|
Total BS.
Kylania, that DiHydrogen MonOxide page is priceless!:rotfl: Every claim made about the dangers of the stuff is true. Too bad we have to consume it or die. |

Yeah I deleted the link, I din't want to start anything, other than a discussion. I was not saying that I agreed with anything on there, I was simply trying to do research on the port of Danzig, and that was the first webpage google pulled up. I just wanted others to discuss the errors and how it goes against everything we are tought growing up.
Its not like I actually believed that site. I mean, I do watch the History Channel quite often. So basically, im sorry for posting that link, it was possible to talk about the invasion of Poland without it. Sorry everyone |
