Hull Damage??? - Help

Explanation. I had my game on drive C, but there was a problem with windows, so I installed a second hard drive 100 gig and partitioned it. Partition 1 had windows files and partition has program files and all other data.

Today, I wanted to start the process of formating drive C, so I copied my game and career and personnel file to D, the game went into programs on drive E:

I accidentially installed SH3 Commander 2.6 when I wanted 2.5 and not I have a mess. I uninstalled 2.6 and installed 2.5 but I'm getting hull damage as I come out of St. Nazaire. HI is 50%.

What is happening???

Edit: Oh when the game loads I get the message "Not too long ago" instead of Initializing"

I found that I still left installed under Ubisoft-TGW a test patrol, so I deleted it.
Took a bit of fiddling around between CMDR 2.6 and 2.5 and SH Gen and my game and starting my mission back in base and every thing seems to be working okay now. Thanks for the tip about that wording as I got past the point where I was getting the hull damage.

BTW. I'm NOT saying there was anythjing wrong with CMDR or GEN, because I had moved 84 Gig of stuff from one drive to another, and being in a rush to get it all done, I could had made some mistakes is handling everything. Phew, glad everything seems to be working now.
