I would suggest save your money and download one of the "Big" mods here as they are more upto date and free or wont get you done for piracy

Well I dont know if available on emule or anywhere else as thats piracy
But as discussed on these forums many times - the addon is crap and any one of the supermods available free in here beat it hands down
That said if you want to buy it go right ahead

Grey Wolves, NYGM or UBoot War Ace would be better than Battle In the Mediterranean.

It's a p2p share client program. Downloading 'Battle in the Med' would be very naughty and whoever made it available should be brought to justice.
