Q about Drifter's realism mod

Hi! I installed the mentioned and while I like the more dangerous planes I don't get along with the new damage model. So my question is if there's a way to keep the planes and change back to GW damage model? I guess I have to edit the basic.cfg for that (or copy over a backup of it). Thx in advance Warmonger

Hey Warmonger,

When you say damage model, do you mean the longer u-boat repair times? If you only want the deadlier bombs and air depth charges, then all you have to do is install the new bombs.zon file with whatever versions you are running. Does this answer your question?

Partly, thanks. But how do I revert the repair and compartment changes back to GW status? Is it enough to overwrite the basic.cfg with a GW one?

You need to reinstall (overwrite the DRM files) the original GW basic.cfg and zones.cfg files. That should do it.

Ok, that's what I wanted to know. Thanks a lot. :)
