Need help finding naval game

Hey, hopefully you guys can help me out with this one.

about half a year ago (at least) i found a modern naval simulator on a "subsim hit" website, may have been this one, but i'm not sure.

anyway, this game, was a free download from about 64 meg to 130 meg of files. with the source code freely available also. while playing, you could take control of Royal naval ships, submarines, and aircraft including the Type 45 destroyer. I think it also gave ship models for the French and Russian navies too.

I can't really get more specific then that  but if it helps, it was almost a command and conquer style game, created by a small team. THey have a website and forums somewhere (if it still exists)

so if anyone has any clue what i'm on about and might remember this game, i'd be grateful if you could point me in the right direction.

Thanks
Fire-Fly
