The texture looks absolutely awesome, but if you made it dark grey or black it would be even more awesome. It looks like steam at the moment.

Looks awsome..but definately make it darker and you will have a winner.
My concern is also what kind of FPS hit does it cause.

I am busy for the next couple of days . I will see if i can make the smoke darker without loosing the 3D aspect after that .
