Extra missions
 

Hello all, my question is, I D/L'ed a few missions from the main
subsum page but cannot get them to load. I then copied each
mission to it's own folder in "single missions" in SH3. The name
of the mission shows up(ie:florida) but it still wont load. I noticed
in all of the mission folders that came with the game have a .cfg
file in the folder along with the .mis file is this what's missing??

No the mis file is the only one you need
The mission folder has to have the exact same name as the mission inside for it to open right

Thanks, that was the problem!! now I just need to upgrade
my system so I can D/l GW mod, an XP2500, 9600xt based
system is struggling with this game:cry: Thanks again though.

Well I only play GW with a XP2300 and a Radeon 9250 128mb
1Gb of ram helps

I have 1 gig ram, what settings do you use? (800X600)ect??

Guys, your SH3 experience would change drastically if you upgrade just a little bit. My setup is cheap as hell right now (6600GT 256MB, 1,5 gig RAM, AMD Athlon 64 3000+). This runs the GW smooth as silk, to some degree even in ports.

By the way, I read somewhere on this forum that cpu and RAM are most important in SH3.

I play GW with no problem tho
Little laggy in ports but thats to be expected
