The content of the movie and its title are contradictory.

The guy talks about great things and it is indeed a great interface, however, in Minority Report this tool is used by a police state.

Not exactly the connection I'd make. Probably a lapse. Or does he want the next generation of kids to be policing each other before they even commit a crime? Their pre-crime being a criminal delict of opinion, of thought. Hmm, not too far fetched given the current tendency of affairs.

Nevermind, it's not contradictory at all.
