Insert Volume "Microsoft Speech 5.1"

I have a strange problem with DW. Sometimes when I start DW, Windows starts to configure "Microsoft Speech" and wants me to insert the volume "Microsoft Speech 5.1".
If I insert then the DW-DVD the game starts normally. It's possible then to start the game without DVD a few times (maybe 5 - 10x ) - then at on time or another the configuration of "Microsoft Speech" starts again during the loading process of DW and I must insert the DVD as before.

This is really annoying since I have to search the DVD everytime (it doesn't always lie around here because normally I don't need it).

Does anyone know this problem ?
Is this maybe some crude kind of copy protection ?
