2 ?'s Torps and Milkcows
 

Torps- I use auto targeting; was wondering if there is a way to have the WO aim at certain parts of the target. (engine room, fuel store, etc...)

Milkcows- Pulled into a milkcow and saw I had promotions. to give out, but I can not click on the "roster" paper to hand them out. I am using the latest Grey Wolve's Mod and SH3Gen.

As far as the promotions are concerned, I believe the only thing you can do in another port (or milk cow) is leave...

Qairyl is correct-you can only give promotions/medals in your home port.
And about the WO-he himself cannot aim for a certain part of the ship but you can manually adjust the gyro-angle of the torpedo (from the scope or the attack screen) so that the torpedo will go where you would want it to.It is however a bargain -if you move the gyroangle,the torpedo might not hit at all or might not hit the ship at an angle that doesn't let it detonate.
